What is a "CHaRM" Event?
CHaRM stands for Collection of Hard to Recycle Materials, or for set location recycling centers, "Center" for Hard to Recycle Materials. These materials are items that are capable of being recycled, though they are not accepted in curbside collection bins.
The CHaRM therefore establishes a convenient location for residents to bring these items that then serves as a collection point where the materials can be aggregated in bulk before being transported to a responsible recycling facility.
